Trenton Makes Tech is the sister company to Trenton Makes Startups.

Students of all ages will receive the technical education needed to turn ideas into reality. They will learn front-end and back-end programming languages including Python, React Native, JavaScript, and more. This will expose them to a world of new opportunities and will foster the innovation culture in Trenton more.

A business philosophy that we abide by: Don’t kid yourself. Just because someone can build a product does not necessarily mean that they can scale a company. This requires one to be a well-rounded CEO who can manage multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Fundraising, and of course… Product. That’s why our program is designed to help with both!

Ultimately, Trenton and New Jersey as a whole has so much energy. It’s just about focusing that energy into something that provides true economic opportunity, like technology and innovation. If we all work together to spark the startup culture in central New Jersey by representing this brand it will takeoff like wildfire! I have long believed that central New Jersey is the Silicon Valley of the East Coast.
